To check, simply take a sniff. Outdated fragrances often smell acidic. To extend the life of your fragrance, Bonnie Estredge of the UK’s Daily Mail explains, “fine fragrances may last for several years if kept at room temperature and out of bright light, so store them in a drawer.”
